Hello,
I am trying to analyze a simulated image but I am getting "NAN's cannot be converted to logicals" error during SPM second level estimation. Previously I was getting "no in mask voxels - empty analysis" error which I rectified by adding offsets to my previously zero mean synthetic data. I am now able to create the mask but I am getting this error at the very end of the estimation. I tried looking at the SPM archives for help but could not find any suitable pointers to the problem. If anyone on this list has has any suggestions, I would be interested to know.
I am using SPM8.
