With apologies for cross posting
Hi all,
I'm after a bit of comparative data on postal loan services to distance learning students.
Here at Leicester we do a fair trade in posting out books from our stock to our 12,000 odd distance learners around the world. In the light of some student comments I'm trying to gauge if we're especially mean or overly generous with our postal loan allowance.
I'd be interested to hear from any institution with distance learning students and finding out a bit more.
To make it easier I've put a quick survey up - via the following link. If anyone can't access this, please let me know and I'll send you the questions directly.

With thanks
Gareth
