Dear all,
if I am not wrong, also in Italy PhDs last a maximum of 3 years,
meaning a post-highschool maximum of 8 years as Alain was pointing out
for France.
Then, we could also discuss about the duration of
pre-college/university education that is 13 years in Italy ... I do
not know elsewhere ...
ciao
Andrea
