Hello,
This error is telling you that contrast 1 cannot be analysed with TFCE ( the -T option ). The most recent version of randomise ( FSL 4.1.8 ) should be able to continue after this error - it will just output a blank image for the tfce-derived p-values. For previous versions you will either need to remove this contrast from your design.con file or run with a different clustering option ( e.g. -c or -C ).
