Hi Anne,
I work in a museum and I would say that in the case yu
describe it is reasonable to pay the fee as they are
providing equal access by putting on a tailored course that
meets the particular needs of your group. If the museum
were asking for the usual fee for a standard, and therefore
inaccessible tour, I would not think it reasonable.
