Thanks David, Charlie,

MightyText looks very interesting - annoyingly my client is using a windows phone - he uses it with the Click2Phone to access it when in his powered chair/not on the computer - but would like to use his computer to access it when using this (logical).

More annoyingly, the new Click2Phone appears to be Android based - so this would be a good solution for other (more recent) click2phone users.

I did know that the Grid did it - but he isn't (currently) a VOCA user and wants access when on his PC, so it doesn't make sense in his case to use this...

Marcus, my colleague, found the nokia ovi suite, but I guess this needs nokia only phones (need to check).

Cheers

Simon

I've started using a Chrome extension called MightyText for my personal use. Requires an Android phone but doesn't use Bluetooth or Wifi so the phone doesn't even have to be anywhere near the computer, just so long as its powered up. Could be a good alternative to shakey bluetooth connections. There's another extension called BrowserText or similar but I'm not familiar with it.
