(With apologies for duplicate posting)
Colleagues,
Yesterday online voting opened for the election of two new ALT trustees.
There are four candidates:
Alastair Clark (NIACE);
Lesley Diack (Robert Gordon University);
Matt Lingard (LSE);
Stuart Sutherland (National College for School Leadership).
The ballot is being conducted on ALT's behalf by Electoral Reform
Services (ERS).
All individual ordinary and certified members and the representatives of
all organisational and sponsoring members should by now have been sent a
two-part Security Code and voting URL by ERS, with the email coming from
the address "[log in to unmask]".
The URL provides access to candidates' election addresses.
To help you find your voting instructions (which may have been trapped
by your spam filter) you may wish to note that the subject line in the
email from ERS are, depending on voting category:
"Individual members - Association for Learning Technology - Trustee
Elections"
or
"Organisations - Association for Learning Technology - Trustee Elections"
Voting closes at 12 Noon UK time on Thursday 1st September 2011.
If you are both an ordinary or certified individual member *and* the
representative of an organisational or sponsoring member of ALT, you are
entitled to vote twice, once on your own behalf and once on behalf of
your organisation, with voting instructions sent to you separately to
the different email addresses we hold for you in respect of your two
different roles.
In case of difficulty, please email Maren Deepwell -
[log in to unmask] - and we will liaise as appropriate with ERS.
Thank you.
