has an interesting general argument about the incessant judgement of non-Eurocentric universities. Part of that is an oft heard "oh they don't understand/support/teach proper referencing, etc" which implies doing things different is necessarily worse. A thought provoking piece with more relevance to our debate than immediately apparent.
