So two things that are likely goofing you up
1) I've noticed you have to "invert" the Y axis when you use this
program after you set up your BVECS (presuming you use the same BVECS
for FSL and Trackvis)
2) Also depending on which module you use.. you get "farther"
tracts... there's interpolated treamline, tensorline, range kutta, 2nd
order range kutta, etc... Interpolated streamline seemed to produce
the "nicest" tracks last time I tried...
