Carolin,
I think you need to fix this by adjusting the spectrum scaling parameter, which can be found in the spectrum dialog window. Many spectra will default to 1.0, but for 1Ds it can be necessary to manually adjust this (I've also found this to be the case when comparing 1D data in different formats, e.g. nmrpipe vs Bruker).
