Sarah,
Thanks again for your questions. These are now covered by the updated TLA FAQs at http://www.gtce.org.uk/tla/tla_faqs/ , in particular this one:
Now the TLA intellectual property has transferred to the Cathedrals Group TLA Consortium, what has happened to my TLA project?
Your TLA project remains your intellectual property. The electronic version of your project has been transferred to the Consortium.
In taking on these projects, the Consortium is currently bound by the data protection statement made between the GTCE and participants. This means the projects can only be used for the purpose of administering the TLA unless the Consortium seeks your consent to process the data for a further purpose or purposes.
Additionally, the Consortium will continue the GTCE's practice of contacting teachers prior to using their project, allowing a teacher to withdraw their consent if they chose. This is something a teacher can do at any time.

Hi Keith,
Very grateful you have agreed to answer questions - here's my next multi-one. What is the present/future status of boxes of teachers' submissions to the TLA in hard copy, please?
When Cambridge Education partnered with the TLA one of their leaders told me 1000s of submissions were 'in storage' in a room in the TLA. Are they still stored? http://www.camb-ed.com/Localandnationalgovernment/Casestudies/TeacherLearningAcademyTLA.aspx
Are they being/have they been passed to the Cathedrals Group of Universities and how is their access to these 1000s of pieces of teacher research being monitored regarding IPR?
Warm regards,
Sarah
