Dear Ignacio,
I'm afraid this isn't what the volume option is for.
It is to specify a number that represents the size of the
mask, which is used in calculating probabilities in the
Gaussian Random Field theory.
What you want to do is either look at the cluster table
output (which tells you the number of voxels in each
cluster) or generate an output image (e.g. with -o) and
then run this image through fslstats to calculate the
number of voxels.
