Hi,
It sounds like the statistical image needs to be resampled, but
that the coordinate information is already there, since the mm
coordinates reported in FSLView are "correct" for both - that is,
for the same *anatomical* point in the brain, you get the same
mm coordinates in both images - right? If so, then you can
resample with the command:
flirt -in statistical_image_name -ref anatomical_image_name -usesqform -applyxfm -out new_image_name
