Yes. The previous post was talking about using a "stereo-capable CRT and
Nuvision emitter/glasses". The only LCD stereo option for Macs are the
Zalman LCDs.

I don't have any inside info, but that would be my guess. It's possible
Nvidia might decide to pursue getting the Nvision hardware to work with OS
X, but it seems unlikely to me that Apple will devote many resources to
this effort.
