Hi Lindsey
We have never knowingly had a postgraduate from care leaver background however we do have 2 starting on the PGCE course in 2011 and we are proposing to give them the same bursary as the undergraduate care leavers. One of the students graduated from our institution but the other did not. It so happens that they both under 25 years old which is the age limit for our care leaver bursary, I am not sure if we would be giving them the bursary if they did not fit the criteria.

Can you tell me if any of your instituions pay PG students on masters courses a care leaver bursary? Be interested to know if you do, how much and any criteria you set.
Thanks
