How about using the Grid on a laptop/netbook with the files on there?
Bit clunky but could support both audio description but also enlarge
cells, large cells/font for visual needs? Not exactly compact though!

Dear all
Does anyone know of an MP3 player that can give audio description of its
catalogue? A client has 250cds, little dexterity & v poor vision -
couldn't see Evoassist symbols on ipad. I have recommended multi cd
changers in the past (not the best solution) but these seem to be rare
now.
