I have attached a copy of our Single Equality Scheme which includes
information about the extensive consultation we undertook in moving from
separate schemes to this single scheme. We do have a separate
Anti-bullying and harassment policy.

We are looking to develop a Single Equality Scheme over the coming
months and I was wondering if colleagues would be willing to share what
they have done in this area with me? It would be helpful to know if
there were any obstacles or issues in moving from having specific and
separate equality schemes in the areas of Race, Disability and Gender to
a Single Equality Scheme. We will be looking to incorporate our
comprehensive Religion and Belief Policy into this as well as sexual
orientation, age etc.
It would also be helpful to know if you still have a seperate Dignitity
at Work and Study/Bullying and Harassment Policy in addition to your
Single Equality Policy.
