Interleaved data should be slice-time corrected as part of
preprocessing and not in DCM. When asked for a slice timings in DCM
you should provide a constant value which should correspond to what
you did during slice-timing correction. For example if you have a 2
second TR and slice time corrected to the middle slice in time (= 1
second) then the slice timings in DCM would be [1 1 1...].
Non-interleaved data (ascending or descending) do not have to be
corrected as part of preprocessing but can be slice time corrected in
DCM.
