Preprocess the data as described in the SPM8 manual (chapter on using Dartel).
Set up a simple design matrix, possibly with four groups of subjects
(female-control, male-control, female-patients, male-patients), and
various confounds (eg age, total intracranial volume etc).
Make inference using contrast vectors of [1 1 -1 -1 0 0...] and [-1 -1
1 1 0 0...].
