Hello SPM community,
Pardon my elementary question, I'm an undergraduate researcher and I'm fairly clueless. When collecting data from an fMRI study, I view the p-values for the whole brain (after applying a ROI mask).
Based on the amount of activation the P value under "set-level" varies from 1.000 to not appearing at all. What is the significance of this figure? More importantly, after seeing that P-level, what does that tell me about the rest of the data in the table?
Thanks again for your help, I'm learning a lot!
