Does anyone have an example (study) from which I could explain that
clinical significance is not the same as statistical significance?
i.e., a result where the p-value is less than 0.05 but you see that by
using 95%CIs you realize is not clinically important for your
patient/population
This is one of those questions where no search strategy on pubmed
would be helpful, only experience :/
Still looking...
I´ll update if I find something
