That would be CORE Materials (more than Lisa and
me)<http://core.materials.ac.uk/>, TALAT were one of the content
providers. We had a central database of metadata and pushed content out
to Flickr/Youtube/Vimeo/SlideShare... for dissemination. Now there is
usage information on all those services that could be got and fed into
the LReg via node, I can see how that might be interesting. The
Engineering Subject Centre's phase 1 project
<http://www.engsc.ac.uk/oer> used a similar set of web2 services but
started with the resources being uploaded onto the service and then
pulling the resources back with a cross search, so that might also be a
contender.
