Looking for evidence in support of telephone assessment usage as part of occupational health absence management, trying to educate managers who feel this is not a suitable process and feel provision of evidence. Have tried contacting a few recommended but no joy. A mixture of both positive and negative evidence would be helpful. If anyone can assist would be most grateful
