So, the best way to have a probability of connection whatever the direction of trajectories between two areas A and B is:
Probtrack 1: Single Mask A, waypoint B + termination B and Probtrack 2: Single mask B, waypoint A + termination A, isn't it?
Then average the two fdt_paths (what I understand the multiple mask does).
