Can we give copies of noise diaries to social services?
The noise diaries have been completed by an individual in relation to
Social services are assessing the lady in terms of mental health.
Its is felt the content of these diaries could help to get a picture of
this ladies state of mind.
Can we lawfully share this information with SS? Does S30 apply?
There's also the issue of the personal information pertaining to the
neighbour to overcome.
Any advice/guidance would be appreciated.
