The deadline for receipt of nominations for election as a Trustee of ALT
has been extended to 17 June 2011.
There are two vacancies.
Under our constitution the trustees are known collectively as the
Central Executive Committee, which meets approximately quarterly,
usually in Birmingham.
The Trustees set ALT's direction, and are responsible for ALT's
strategy, and for the overall performance of the association.
A sub-committee of the Central Executive Committee, known as the General
Purposes Committee, holds 45 minute meetings by telephone conference
approximately monthly.
