Our client is one of the most successful businesses in Ireland and are continuing to grow internationally.

A large part of their business is focussed online; therefore they place a huge emphasis on understanding what their customers want/need and how they behave. 

To monitor, track and predict this information they have built a 'Customer Analytics Team' which play a huge part in the decision making for key activities in marketing and senior strategic management.

Their 'Customer Analytics Team' is continuing to grow and now has x3 new vacancies.

We're looking to recruit:

-  **Modelling Analyst**   €25-35k basic + up to 10% bonus + package

Main duties & Responsibilities
Support all activities associated with the creation, implementation, maintenance, measurement, analysis and reporting of predictive analytics models
Collect and explore transactional data to support model development
Evaluate internal datasets to complete general data hygiene to ensure downstream modelling and analytics efforts can be completed accurately
Work with data teams to validate data completeness and integrity
Define new metrics by interpreting underlying data in novel ways
Create and manage reports for clearly communicating results and conclusions of modelling projects to stakeholders
Work closely with Modelling Analyst to identify and complete project tasks that are suitable to level of expertise
Take on increasingly challenging project elements as experience with specific business initiatives increases
Provide analytical support to the business teams
Other duties as required by Modelling Analyst and Senior Manager

* Bachelors/Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering or similar
Experience with Microsoft Excel and statistical tools such as SPSS, R, Minitab, SAS or Matlab a distinct advantage
Basic knowledge of SQL desirable
Experience with machine learning, data mining, mathematical modelling, regression analysis and other predictive modelling techniques desirable


- **Reporting Analyst**  €25 - 35k basic + up to 10% bonus + package

In brief, this role will work within the Customer Analytics team and will focus on providing accurate and real time reporting to the wider business. 
Main reporting tools used will be 'Excel' & 'Brio'.
* We are looking to recruit a good graduate with a computer science, statistical, research or maths based qualification.
* Some commercial experience in preferred but not essential if the candidate has the right educational background, mind-set & attitude. 

- **Data Analyst**        €25 - 50k basic (depending on the level) + up to 10% bonus +package

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Support all activities associated with the measurement, analysis and reporting of promotions and marketing campaigns
Analyse the effectiveness of promotions and make recommendations for improvement
Manage utilization of analytics tools and serve as a team expert in the marketing database
Handle all aspects of campaign selection, implementation and delivery using SQL and the in-house campaign management tools
Manipulate transactional data to support customer marketing analysis
Compile reports for measuring marketing activities covering areas such as acquisition, conversion, retention and reactivation
Work alongside marketing executives and managers as well as your immediate team
*Degree in Computer Science or other technical, statistic or maths preferable. 
*Knowledge and some experience of at least one report writing tools also preferable
