Apologies if this is a trivial question, but if one has multiple urns each with a different (but unknown) percentage of red balls (v. black) then if a fixed sample size (say 10) is applied per urn is it possible to generate an unbiased estimate of the percentage of urns that have greater than, say, 30% red balls.
