Do you have a sound understanding of effective staff development in the context of a large and complex organisation? Can you work as part of a small team integrating equality and diversity within the operation of the University? If you can, this might be the job for you.
The Equality & Diversity Adviser will have particular responsibility for defining the equality and diversity staff development requirements of the University and for the co-ordination of equality and diversity development activity.
