Hello,
The config file should be in the release so it is odd that it is missing
from that directory. When I do an ls I get:
DB_TALOS_186 angle_pop_GLY.txt
DB_TALOS_186_secStruct angle_pop_PRE.txt
DangleFrame.py angle_pop_PRO.txt
DangleFrame.pyo config
DangleGui.py homology.tab
DangleGui.py__old neuralNet
DangleGui.pyo randomCoilShiftCorrections.tab
__init__.py referenceRandomCoilShifts.tab
__init__.pyo scattergrams
angle_pop_GEN.txt src
The *.pyo and *.pyc files we can ignore, but the other files should be
there, I would have thought. So I wonder why you do not have them.
