One of the evergreen topics, along with 'Please unsubscribe me from this
list' is 'I don't like Peter Kurilecz's posts'.
You don't even need to set filters - it's easier to change your
preferred delivery method to 'daily digest' - you get only one email per
day from Archives-NRA and can see which posts Peter has made within the
digest without even having to open them.
You can do this at
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A0=archives-nra
Personally I think Peter's posts are informative, but it's easy to
ignore them with this method if you aren't interested.

A while ago Peter asked if he should still compile RAIN and got a
definite yes from list members. So it's not really a breach of
'netiquette' if he's been asked to continue.
I don't read it all, but find some of it interesting. If you never read
them or don't want them why not set your filters to get rid of them? You
won't even have to see them! I imagine a lot of people do that with my
messages.
