Hi,
I posted this message earlier, but haven't gotten any reply.
We are using VBM8 with spm8 and got an error message (see below). It seems that VBM8 is complaining about image (T1) dimensions. We checked that all the T1 images have the same dimension (i.e., matrix size) except that the number slices differ among the subjects/images. We have run through these images with DARTEL segmentation and normalization. It was fine.
Does VBM8 require the same number of slices for all images, in addition to the matrix size? Or did we do something wrong?
Thanks much for your help.
Ben

Subject: vbm8 error message
Hi,
We got the following error message when running VBM8 with spm8. We checked the dimensions for all the T1 images are the same except that the slice numbers differ between subjects/T1 images. Did this cause the error message? Should the T1 images have the same number of slices in order for vbm8 to run?
Thanks much for your help.
Ben
