Dear SPM users,
I'm trying to analyze in a PET study, the effect of medication in 2 differents task and a rest condition. Basically this is my design:
task 1 off medication
rest off medication
task 2 off medication
task 1on medication
rest on medication
task 2 on medication
Each subject have performed 2 scan for each condition.
I'm using SPM8.
Now, if I'd like to see if the effect of meds for the tasks is different, in theory I should do a one-way anova- with 3 factors. Factor 1 = reston - restoff, factor 2 = task1on - task1off, etc. If significant, I then do post-hoc t-tests. Well my question is, how I can do this kind of anova in SPM?
Another way it should be to conduct three different double t test (task1on-task1off)-(reston-restoff); (task2on-task2off)-(reston-restoff); (task1on-task1off)-(task2on-task2off). Doing that I should correct for Bonferroni correction?
Thanks for any help
