Richard Allan, Chief Scientist at Scottish Water, will discuss the challenges we face in securing freshwater supplies at a global level.
During the discussion Richard will touch upon the impact of climate change, food security and the emerging importance of virtual water. He will position the global challenges from a UK perspective and highlight how some of the emerging implications may affect us on a more local and regional basis.
