LECTURER/SENIOR LECTURER in ONLINE JOURNALISM (0.5 FTE)
UNIVERSITY OF THE WEST OF ENGLAND, BRISTOL
We are seeking someone to undertake teaching and curriculum development in the professional practice of online journalism. In the first instance this would involve teaching on the BA (Hons) Journalism and further developing the practical curriculum on the MA Journalism. The post-holder will also contribute to building an expanded portfolio of specialist postgraduate professional courses in areas where there is a market demand.
The successful candidate will have recent experience and up to date knowledge of the news industry and some experience of teaching in higher education.
The post is available from 1st September 2011.
