I'd use it if it worked as well round here as it does in some other places,
but when as soon as an appointment is booked the patient receives a letter
changing it to some other, undiscused and possibly inconvenient date, it
seems pretty pointless!
I was just pointing out that if use of C&B is being used as a performance
indicator by PCTs, the level of use after the end of the C&B DES does not
necessarily indicate satisfaction with C&B used in consultation - or
elsewhere.
Previously the use by GPs seemed to reflect the way the local Trusts had
implemented the hospital end: it would be interesting to see whether any
drop off in use related to particular hospital catchment areas...

consultation and attach it. Job done :)
