I agree with you both, however it is NOT going to stop sadly - he's been doing this for years. Why not take action with your spam filter? Add him and all his aliases to your spam filter. You can then look at your junk mail if you want to see what he's written but your inbox is not jammed. .... and we don't have to read another endless round of emails about his mailings - almost as annoying as Peter's emails to be frank.
