Just to clarify.
(1) in the wrapper, regionfile should be a cell array and files should
be specified as 'file1' 'file2' etc. thus, the line should read
regionfile={'file1' 'file2'};
If you only have one region, then you simply define file1 and delete 'file2'
(2) in the wrapper, you need to make sure your loading a master
template that has all the fields. This fields that need to be set here
are those that are required for the PPPI command and that are common
across all regions and subjects.
