Dear Experts,
I am struggling with understanding '32 bin offset' in the following
spm_get_ons.m code snippet:
% create stimulus functions (32 bin offset)
%======================================================================
ton = round(ons*TR/dt) + 33; % onsets
tof = round(dur*TR/dt) + ton + 1; % offset
sf = sparse((k*T + 128),size(u,2));
Why is there a need to introduce an offset in 'onsets and offsets'
vectors of refined (oversampled according to number of timebins)
delta-stick function? To be more straightforward, what does this 33 in
ton variable (128 in sf variable) mean?
Thank you for your responses in advance.
Best,
Stefan
