Could the .csv be made available on the NMR download site or put in the HERForum file archive?

Thanks Paul, I will drop you an email off list with our requirements.
I do have to ask, however, why non-HBSMR users appear to have to ask for these updates every time they are made? Could they not be announced/released to everyone at the same time?
Thanks
Tim

Hi Tim,
I'm happy to send you a .csv copy of the latest version of the Monument Types thesaurus, or any of the other thesauri that we maintain.
Just let me know which thesauri you would like copies of.
All the best

Hi Martin,
While we are on the subject, and apologies if I have missed something, but is there a list of the 350 OCNs that have been re-assessed, or will that be self-evident in the concordance file?
All the best

Chris,
No national numbers were assigned to the OCNs that were re-assessed under the OCN Project. This data was added into the new Unified Designation System which sits behind the Heritage List Access. These sites went straight from their Old County Number to the new number in the list without going through an intermediary national number. The data you will get on the concordance file and the data download will give the OCN for these records.
I hope this clarifies things for you.
Martin

Thanks for that Martin, could you just clarify the last bit about SM numbers. My point was that we don't (well I don't) know the national SM numbers that were assigned during the OCN project, so if the concordance you are intending to provide was just SM national number -> NHLE number we wouldn't know what the OCN ones were.

Subject: Re: New Heritage List queries
In response to the queries raised and the feedback we have received we are putting together the concordance list required for mapping old to new heritage asset numbers. This should be ready by Monday 11th April and will be made available as a .csv file on the exegesis website. You can also request a copy from Lorraine Summerfield ([log in to unmask] or 01793 414883) - a copy will be sent out as soon as it is available. LB Online data will remain on the Heritage Gateway until early next week when we are hoping to release the National Heritage List for England which will replace the LB Online cross-search.
Additionally the spatial data download will contain a Legacy UID field as well as a field for the new List Entry number. However, the data download site has yet to be refreshed following the new Heritage List for England going live. This has been delayed because some spatial depictions failed to migrate to the new system. Consequently we are having to put these back manually. We are treating this as a high priority and are hoping to have the data download site refreshed next week. We will let the Forum know when this is available.
To clarify another point raised in this thread all scheduled monuments will have been given a completely new number in the Heritage List For England whether they were previously and Old County Number (OCN) or a national number (MPP and later). This includes all those schedulings reviewed under the desk based OCN project to revise around 350 schedulings prior to migration into the new system.'
