That looks like it would be my dream job!
Unfortunately I'm probably quite far from being "at a seniority level
comparable to that of professor". However, with my strong academic and
professional background in computer science and knowledge engineering
I certainly could do this well: "databases from our historical records
and by enhancing other research resources and, secondly, to encourage,
facilitate and participate in specific research projects utilising
those resources", particularly with my strong interest (and
membership) of Freemasonry.
Oh well, I'll just go back to my freelancing in database,
knowledge-base and web systems ( http://vanirsystems.com/ if anyone is
interested)... oh and writing my book on applying computer science in
the humanities.
