Just as an FYI, the issue here was the way in which the fslvbm_2 and
fslvbm_3 scripts were creating, and trying to run the subsequent scripts
(fslvbm2c,fslvbm2d,fslvbm2e,etc).
The results of this analysis are running across a cifs filesystem
therefore can't execute with a simple "./" call. I had to change the
source code for dipti to call them with "sh -x" and not use fsl_sub.
After that, things run normally.
