OK. I indeed fixed the head model code a while ago but it was after
the last public update. So after the next update it should be OK.
Regarding 'Prepare' there is just the option to project 3D EEG
location to 2D that is available and that makes sense as long as some
3D EEG locations are present. Those 2D projections will not be used
anyway unless you have EEG channels. This is slightly pathological I
agree but can probably stay as it is.
