Dear Muhammad,
You can use spm_eeg_copy (Other/Copy) to create a copy of your dataset
with a different name. Then you can mark the trials belonging to
conditions you want to remove as bad using something like:
D = reject(D, D.pickconditions({'cond1', 'cond2', 'cond3'}), 1); save(D);
and then run spm_eeg_remove_bad_trials (Other/Remove bad trials) to
remove these trials from the dataset. Repeat 4 times for each of the
conditions you want to keep.
