Dear Fahimeh,
For spm_eeg_merge S.D can be a list of file names (that's where
strvcat in your example comes from). To make things easier you can
start the Merge function via the GUI (in Other/Merge) select your two
files, merge them and then generate a script from the dataset history
to see what it should look like.
