Has anyone out there (from a Government Department) been through the process of outsourcing information and records management work? This could either be outsourcing to the private sector or utilising the shared services of another government department. This is currently an option that is being considered at the FSA and I'd be interested to hear from anyone else who is either considering this or has been through the outsourcing process.
