I'd have done it for Xpert, but as we are a Nottingham funded service now it didn't feel right (to me at least) for us to provide that service while a national service existed (not having a dig). We're also never sure if we have the right to share links we've been given - are RSS Feeds copyrightable - and so is the distribution of them a protected act?
Chris T asked about whether we'd put all of Xpert in OER Recommender - and we don't feel at all comfortable in doing so, so we haven't, but if people want to use Xpert to do so with their own content, we'll happily help.
I'd agree with your blog's content about how on the JISC site they all say they'll use RSS, and then you try and find the RSS and it's like searching for a needle in a haystack. Especially when I can go to so many American Unis and find tonnes of stuff all made available by RSS really easily.
Remember that I've got an almost pathalogical addiction to finding OER RSS feeds, so if I gave up on your site, I bet most users gave up a few days before me (I even built a screen scrape to RSS Feed generator for some sites if it had enough content)

Hello all,
Several people have asked for a listing of UKOER[1] sites, RSS feeds,
other "interoperability end points" etc. Despite protesting last year
that I didn't think that a third party directory/registry is a good
idea[2], I have listed all that I can find: see
http://wiki.cetis.ac.uk/UKOER_sources Yes there are lots of gaps, but
the relevant projects have seen this page and had the chance to tell me
about anything I missed (and can do so if they wish).
I've also written a blog post reflecting on how it was harder than it
should have been to find this information and what projects could do to
make it easier: http://blogs.cetis.ac.uk/philb/2011/03/10/ukoer-sources/
All the best, Phil.
[1] or worse, all OER sites.
