Dear Colleague:
We would like to invite you to encourage your students, postdoctoral fellows and research scientists to participate in the Pan-American Advanced Study Institute on ELECTRONIC PROPERTIES OF COMPLEX SYSTEMS to be held in the beautiful city of Cartagena, Colombia, between June 6-17 2011.
This will have the format of a course/workshop given by leading experts in the field, and attended by a
maximum of 65 participants from the US and Latin-America (one of the goals of this Institute, largely funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation, is to strengthen the scientific connections between the US and Latin-America).
