You could always stick it on the photocopier Jeremy and put the copy in the post to Mike ;-)

Not so long ago I got a fax from someone in one of our departments which was a hand annotated print-out of a page from our site.  They then called me to tell me it was being sent. I replied via email.  I think the only communication method not used was carrier pigeon!
