Dear Julie,
I'm not sure what you may already have looked, so you may already know about these, but you could try:
• The Alzheimer’s Society website has a list of commonly prescribed drugs.
http://alzheimers.org.uk/site/scripts/documents_info.php?documentID=110
• The British National Formulary. Section 4.11 lists drugs for dementia.
http://bnf.org/bnf/index.htm
• Regarding specific PyschINFO terms - the tree for Neuroleptic Drugs/ there has a list of narrower terms. I am not sure which of these are specifically used in dementia but I guess you could use the list as a starting point to do a bit of research.
Alternatively, you could perhaps combine Neuroleptic Drugs/ with Dementia/; it depends exactly what you are looking for.
I hope this helps,
Yours,
Kate Light

Subject: Anti-Psychotic drugs in Dementia
Does anyone know the names of the main anti-psychotic drugs used in the treatment of dementia in the UK? I would be especially interested in the controversial ones. (Alternatively suitable relevant specific thesaurus terms for PyschINFO would be much appreciated).
Many thanks
